In plain English
The six things that actually affect you
- Cancelling a room. Free up to 48 hours before check-in. Inside 48 hours the first night is charged.
- Cancelling a table, a cabana or a booth. Different windows, and each one is stated where you book it rather than only here.
- A minimum spend is not a fee. It is money you spend at the table. If you do not reach it, the difference is charged.
- Rates exclude tax, resort fee and service. Every rate on the site says so where the rate is shown.
- Nothing is held while you browse. A reservation exists when you confirm it and not before.
- What happens to what you enter. It is used to make and keep your reservation. It is not sold.
The terms
1. Reservations and confirmation
A reservation exists when a confirmation is issued and not before. Rates quoted during a search are available at the moment of the search and are not held.
2. Payment, deposits and what is taken when
A card is taken to hold a reservation. When it is charged, and how much, depends on the rate and is stated at the point of booking.
3. Changing or cancelling
The window differs by what is reserved. A room is 48 hours. A table, a cabana, a booth, a treatment and a tee time each have their own, stated where they are booked.
3.1 Rooms and suites
Free up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Inside that window the first night is charged.
3.2 Tables, cabanas and booths
Free up to noon on the day. Inside that window the minimum spend is charged whether the table is used or not.
4. Minimum spend
A minimum spend is an amount to be spent at the table on food and drink. It is not a fee, not a cover charge and not a deposit. Tax and service do not count toward it.
5. Rates, taxes and fees
Rates exclude tax, resort fee and service unless a rate says otherwise. The total including them is shown before a reservation is confirmed.
6. The property, and what is not guaranteed
Venue hours, schedules and availability change. Where a venue is closed for a private event or for maintenance, the site says so on the venue's page rather than at the point of arrival.
7. What is collected, and why
A name, contact details and the details of a reservation, used to make and keep that reservation. Not sold, and not used for anything a guest has not asked for.
8. Getting in touch about any of this
Reception, on 1 800 555 0100, at any hour, or in writing.
