Two rooms
One changes with the boats. One opens at six.
One is a forty-seat room where the menu changes when the boats change. The other opens at six and feeds a family in forty minutes. A guest staying four nights will use both, on different nights, for different reasons.
Room service runs until midnight. The pool kitchen runs while the pool is open, and it is on the Emerald Pool page because that is where you order it from.
Vera Restaurant
The menu is written after the boats come in, which is late.
Forty seats on the west terrace, one menu, five courses, and it is not the same menu it was on Tuesday. The counter seats six and faces the kitchen, and the six are booked three weeks out because there are six of them.
Dinner runs 6:30 to 10:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Children are welcome at the early sitting and the room is smart casual, which here means no beachwear and nothing further.

Paradise Buffet
Open at six, and children eat free.
Breakfast until eleven and dinner from six, on the lower level, with a counter that runs the length of the room. It is the one room on the property where a family of five can sit down without a reservation and be eating in five minutes.
No reservation is taken and none is needed.
Private dining
Either room closes for one party.
Vera takes a single party of up to forty on a night it would otherwise be open, and the west terrace takes sixty standing. Both are arranged by the same planner who does the ballrooms.
